Tension Leveller Line


The Tension leveler process can work with up to 50- micron thick strip material, and eliminate shape defects and curvature completely

IKUTA has Multi-roll stand and also elongation stand in one leveling line. Since all the products are made in own workshop from parts to assembly, the custom-made line can be built just to fit the customer's manufacture environment and their final products.

Passing through rough Leveller & Fine Leveller, realize high accuracy condition.
